For over 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of neuroscience, leadership, and culture to help leaders think clearly, lead authentically, and build resilient, high-performing teams. My mission is simple: equip leaders to thrive in today’s complexity, where clarity, confidence, and presence matter most.

I’m a certified neuroscience coach, engineer, artist musician and award-winning entrepreneur. I’m honored to have received distinctions such as the BASA Award for Women-Led Business, WBE Canada Rising Star Award, and the CCICL Award for Innovation & Technology.
